Billing contracts and policies

We accept payments via Visa/MC/AMEX, EFT and Check.

 
Canceling any service?
All contracts are for 3 years time period; once you become a CCNET customer all services cannot be cancelled. Due to the complexity of certain network and server implementations your business may only be entitled for a 15 day money back after the PO (Purchase Order) is received. Send an email to support@ccnetservices.com with your request and include any pertinent information so that we may locate your account information in order to avoid any possible delays.

Refund Policy
Based on contract purchase order, any other refund requests must be forwarded to our billing department with your account name (domain name) and a contact name and number where we can reach you, in order to start the confirmation process within 15 days from PO (purchase order). This is the only way to initiate this process. Depending on your agreement, any service would be pro-rated upon cancellation, however, if your service contract states differently then that policy will apply. CCNET will continue to bill for the remainder of the contract.

Billing occurs every month, quarter, semi annual or yearly cycle. An email notification of your invoice will be sent as receipt plus the credit card charge receipt. We urge you supplying the payment system with the correct information so we can avoid any payment errors. Check payments are to be made to CCNET SERVICES.

Additional resources may be purchased and these fees are available under the online price link from the billing section. These fees may or [and] they will change and a notice will be available for your review; we may apply a discount and [or] mark up. These changes would occur only at the beginning of any 1st day of any month. CCNET reserves the right to modify (increase / decrease) your monthly fee at any time with a 10 day notice for dedicated servers and 15 days for hosting clients.
